About Us
Project Strong was founded by US Navy veteran Sailor Jerri. She served in as an aviation mechanic in the squadron VFA 83 Rampagers. (RAM ON!)
In 2017 she rewrote hallelujah into a Veterans Version that circulated the globe and was listened to in 32 countries, and being heard over 150 million times within the first year. After that she begin traveling the country, writing songs about military experiences and singing at fundraising events.
Project Strong has been an idea since 2018, wanting to give back more than just singing. The name of project Strong is based off of the first song that was written by Jerri. Strong. This song was born due to one woman, who was not military, heard hallelujah, and said it made Veteran sound weak. That was distressing to hear, and in response, the song Strong came to life.

Military Songs

Now in 2025, with the strong support and a little push from my husband, the official launch of Project Strong is well underway. The purpose is to enrich, and enhance the lives of veterans. Many times, to just get through life successfully, some help is needed.
Sometimes it can be as simple as an electric bill or having your car fixed so you can keep your employment. Sometimes that might come in the form of groceries that are needed or funding to help you through a program for mental health.
Whatever the need, we would like to reach out and support our community.
